Register vehicles to be returned

Use the following form to report the return of your LeasePlan vehicles to us at the end of the lease.

Please note: the vehicles must be available for 10 days from the return date specified by you. Our forwarding agent will get in touch with the contact person named by you to coordinate the exact return date.

A copy of your return notification will be sent to the e-mail addresses provided for information purposes.

Vehicle Details

Remember to equip the vehicle with winter tires before the return between October and Easter.
Please note that we cannot collect the vehicle without all accessories. Please contact us to make arrangements.
The pickup can only be completed with the vehicle registration document. Please make sure the document is available for pickup.
Please have the inspection (HU) carried out before the date; otherwise, scheduling issues may arise.
Please note: The current MOT/main inspection report must be handed over with the vehicle. Copies of invoices for the inspections are not sufficient, as the original document must be submitted to the registration authorities. If it is missing, the MOT/main inspection must be carried out again. The costs for this will be charged to you.

The pickup usually occurs within 10 working days.
If so, please coordinate with your customer support in advance to avoid additional contract costs.
